Who we are

Lemonad Media is a food and hospitality photography studio based in San Leandro, California, serving the San Francisco Bay Area. This policy covers this website. “We” and “us” mean Lemonad Media.

What you send us

When you use the contact form, email us, or call, we receive what you choose to share. On the form that is:

• Your name and email address.
• Optionally your phone number, your restaurant or business, and a preferred shoot date.
• The project details you give: type of shoot, timeline, budget range, and your message.

The form sends your message to GoHighLevel, the customer-relationship service that keeps our enquiries and notifies us (see below). We use it to reply, quote, and plan the shoot. Nothing on the form is required beyond what we need to answer you.

Visit statistics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, roughly how long, what kind of device and browser, the site that referred you, and your approximate location at the city level. Google Analytics does not log or store your full IP address, and we cannot identify you personally from these reports.

We have not turned on Google’s advertising features or Google signals, so this data is not used to build advertising profiles or to follow you across other sites. We keep analytics data for no longer than 14 months.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) to run and secure the site; we see those only in aggregate.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics sets two first-party cookies, _ga and _ga_<ID>, which tell one visit from another and last up to two years. They hold a random identifier, not your name or email.

Fonts and video on this site are served from our own server, so viewing a page does not contact Google Fonts, YouTube, or Vimeo.

How we use it

• To answer enquiries, send quotes, and deliver the work you hire us for.
• To see which pages are useful and improve the site.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the site and our inbox work, each handling data on our behalf:

• GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.), which receives and stores contact-form enquiries for us. See HighLevel’s privacy policy.
• Google, for our email (Gmail) and for Google Analytics, which processes visit statistics on our behalf. See Google’s privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider, which serves the site and keeps the server logs above.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Links on this site to Instagram or to our clients’ sites take you to services with their own policies.

Your choices

• See, correct, or delete what you have sent us. Email lemonadfilms@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
• Opt out of analytics. Install Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies for this site in your browser; the site works the same without them.
• Do Not Track. Browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. There is no shared standard for it, so the site does not change its behavior in response.

If you are a California resident, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask us to delete it, using the contact details above. We will not treat you differently for asking.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and project correspondence are kept for as long as we are working together and for our business records afterwards. Ask us to delete yours at any time.

Children

This site is for businesses hiring a photographer. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Visitors outside the United States

We are based in the United States and the services above process data there. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be handled in the United States under this policy.

Changes

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
